Learning at the Museum

Educating Canadian students is one of our most vital roles. Our goal is to give educators what they need to engage learners with Canada’s ongoing story of immigration.

Education Programs

We proudly offer experiential learning for students of all ages. Our fully facilitated Education Programs allow students to explore topics related to immigration, identity, history, citizenship and diversity.

Our Education Programs are informed by the Museum’s exhibition content, our growing collection of immigration stories, and based on curriculum outcomes.

Education Group Visits

Education Groups such as schools, cadets, Guides, Scouts, ELL/FLL students, university groups and more can book a Group Visit, which includes an Education Program of their choice.
