Ideal for: Ages 4-8
In this interactive and fast-paced half-hour program, follow the journey of Fenton the Teddy Bear as he tells his story of immigrating to Canada with his small owner, Hendrik. Young participants connect with their emotions and share their thoughts as we virtually explore parts of the museum together. We will discover what it feels like as Hendrik and Bear go on the adventure of immigrating to Canada through Pier 21.
This program is an adaptation of our popular in-person program, 'Teddy Bear's Journey', to make this wonderful experience accessible to young learners across Canada. This program can be done with students who are learning from home, or with students together in a classroom.
