The service costs $30 + tax per half hour, paid at the time of your request. After the initial 30 minutes of paid research is completed, the researcher will follow up with you to share what has been found and discuss additional research time. In cases where results are deemed unsatisfactory, refunds are not provided.

The Scotiabank Family History Centre currently holds a small, incomplete collection of passenger lists that were created by the shipping companies and given out to the passengers for social purposes. Some people kept these booklets as souvenirs and have donated copies to the family history centre.
