Trooper Bernard Ofrady

Our family landed at Pier 21 on June 29, 1953 aboard M.S. Italia. Mother died a few months later and is buried in Holy Cross Cemetry on South Street, a few blocks from Pier 21. Father died and was buried in England. He is the solider Bernard Ofrady. They are together again at least symbolically with this inscription. We are very happy about this.
