Hon. Lt. Col. S. L. Caseley

As a young man Samuel Leaman Caseley joined the PEI Light Horse Regiment. He served overseas during WWII with the South Alberta Regiment, one of only two Maritimers who served overseas with the South Alberta Regiment. At the time of his death in March 5, 2000 he was the Honourary Lieutenant Colonel of the PEI Regiment.
