In 1950 Vladimiro, Giuseppina, and Franco left their hometown of Carpineto Romano, Italy to start a new life in Canada.
On February 1, 1950 they sailed from Naples.
On February 11, 1950 they arrived at Pier 21, Halifax aboard the “ Saturnia”. From Halifax they continued on to Sudbury,Ontario where they still reside.
