Joseph Kiss and Maria Heber Kiss

Joseph Kiss:

Born in Sakalhaza, Romania on January 16, 1898. Departed from Bremen, Germany on April 5, 1927 aboard the SS York, arriving in Halifax on April 15, 1927. Departed for Spruce Grove, Alberta and worked on a farm there for a year before going to Ontario. He lived and worked in Kitchener until December 17, 1986 when he passed away.

Maria (Heber) Kiss:

Born in Parac, Romania on November 21, 1901. Departed from Bremen, Germany on June 21, 1928 aboard the SS Karlsruhe, arriving in Halifax on June 30, 1928. Departed for Ontario to be with her husband Joseph Kiss. Lived and worked in Kitchener, Ontario until June 9, 1975, when she passed away.
