Eva E. Wilson

I met my husband when I was serving in the Women's Land Army in the village of Chipping Warden, Oxfordshire, England. He was stationed at a nearby airfield, a training base, after completing a tour of operations over Europe - mostly Germany. We were married in October 1943.

His home was in Truro, N.S. and that is where I arrived on the above date. We were married for 52 years and had three children. He died in April 1996. I am now 91 years old.
