R.S.M. Bonnell, H. Elton, RCAMC:

R.S.M Bonnell was born and raised in Prince Edward Island. He left his studies at Prince of Wales College in September/39, in order to enlist with RCAMC.

He was posted to military hospitals in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia until his discharge in 1946.

During his service, he met and married Lt. N/S (Dietician) Claire Mollard, RCAMC, from Saskatchewan, who had also been posted to the Halifax Military Hospital. They had three children.

Upon his discharge, R.S.M. Bonnell continued his career as a leader in the healthcare field.
