Canada Day at the Museum 2026

Join us for one of Fenton the Bear’s favourite days of the year! Enjoy family-friendly, interactive activities, live performances and community programming that highlight stories, cultures and experiences from across the country.

Wondering what to expect? Here’s some things to make your decision easier (or harder!):

  • Free admission for all visitors throughout the day
  • Take part in The Great Cookie Scavenger Hunt (while supplies last), crafts, explore our exhibitions, a photobooth, and more
  • Witness a citizenship ceremony followed by the opportunity to celebrate new Canadians at our New Canadian Pep Rally
  • Live performances featuring Freddy Mujica and cultural groups
  • A special screening of a live World Cup game and related activities
